Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Cosmetic Clinic website, booking an appointment, or attending the clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not book or attend an appointment.
Appointments and Booking Conditions
All appointments booked online, by phone, or in person are provisional until a qualification call and medical screeninghave been completed. Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where a client is deemed unsuitable following screening. Appointments cannot proceed without completion of the required medical consultation and consent process.
Age Restrictions and Guests
Cosmetic Clinic operates a strict over-18s policy. No persons under the age of 18 are permitted on the premises under any circumstances, including as guests or companions. For health, safety, and safeguarding reasons, clients are not permitted to bring guests to appointments unless prior written agreement has been given by management.
Medical Screening and Pre-Treatment Requirements
Pre-treatment and post-treatment guidelines are emailed at the time of booking. It is the client's responsibility to read, understand, and comply with these instructions before attending their appointment. If a client fails to follow the required pre-treatment guidance, Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment, and a new booking fee may apply.
Results Disclaimer
Cosmetic Clinic provides aesthetic, skin, body, hair, and beauty treatments based on clinical experience, industry best practice, and available clinical research. However, individual results vary, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge that:
- Results are subjective and differ between individuals
- No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes
- Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for refunds, compensation, or legal action
- All treatments are undertaken with informed consent.
Photography and Documentation
For clinical, insurance, and legal purposes, Cosmetic Clinic requires pre- and post-treatment photographs. These images are stored securely and are never shared publicly without explicit written consent. Clients must agree to this documentation as a condition of treatment.
Lateness Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment:
- Shortened
- Rescheduled
- Cancelled
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Clients may reschedule appointments independently via their online account up to 48 hours before the appointment time. After this point, rescheduling or cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances. Failure to provide the required notice may result in loss of the appointment fee or course session.
Courses and Treatment Packages
All courses and treatment packages must be completed within the time frame stated at the point of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will expire and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of booking or service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmetic Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Changes to These Terms
Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
