Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Cosmetic Clinic website, booking an appointment, or attending the clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not book or attend an appointment.
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Appointments and Booking Conditions
- All appointments booked online, by phone, or in person are provisional until a qualification call, medical screening, and consultation have been completed.
- All appointments booked online, by phone, or in person are provisional until a payment of the applicable booking fee has been received.
- Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where a client is deemed unsuitable following screening.
- Appointments cannot proceed without completion of the required medical consultation and consent process.
- A booking fee secures an allocated and reserved appointment time.
- Booking fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms.
- Bookings cannot be made on behalf of someone else.
- Bookings and booking fees are non-transferable to another individual.
Age Restrictions and Guests
- All clients must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking and treatment.
- Cosmetic Clinic operates a strict over-18s policy.
- No persons under the age of 18 are permitted on the premises under any circumstances, including as guests or companions.
- Clients are not permitted to bring guests to appointments unless prior written agreement has been given by management.
- If a client arrives with a child or guest without prior written approval, treatment may be refused and the booking fee may be forfeited.
Medical Screening and Pre-Treatment Requirements
- Pre-treatment and post-treatment guidelines are issued at the time of booking.
- It is the client's responsibility to read, understand, and comply with all instructions before attending.
- If a client fails to follow the required pre-treatment guidance, Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment, and a new booking fee may apply.
- Clients must complete all required consultation, consent, and medical screening documentation before treatment.
- If requested, clients must provide valid photo ID. Failure to provide ID may result in treatment being refused and the booking fee being forfeited.
Treatment Restrictions
We may be unable to treat clients who are medically unfit for treatment or who are receiving treatment for, or affected by, conditions including but not limited to:
- Pregnancy
- Breastfeeding
- Major heart surgery
- Blood clotting disorders
- Haemophilia
- Epilepsy
- Organ transplant
- Type 1 diabetes
- Hepatitis
- Lung disease
- Asthma
- Cancer
- Radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- Infectious disease
- Lupus
- Shingles
- HIV/AIDS
- Fever
- Iron deficiency
- Anaemia
- Respiratory problems
- Skin disease
- Hyperpigmentation
- Keloid scarring
- Alopecia
- Vitiligo
- Scarring
- Herpes simplex
- Eczema
- Psoriasis
- Autoimmune conditions, unless approved in advance where appropriate
- Roaccutane, unless at least 6 months have passed since completion
- Antabuse, unless the medication course has been completed
- Any other condition that is not suitable for treatment
Treatment suitability is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
Photography and Documentation
For clinical, insurance, and legal purposes, Cosmetic Clinic may require pre and post-treatment photographs and other records.
- These records are stored securely.
- They will not be used publicly without explicit written consent, unless required by law.
- Agreement to necessary clinical documentation is a condition of treatment.
All personal data will be stored safely and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR where applicable.
Lateness Policy
Clients are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, Cosmetic Clinic may, at its discretion:
- shorten the appointment
- reschedule the appointment
- cancel the appointment
Where an appointment is cancelled due to lateness:
- a new booking fee may apply, or
- for course-based treatments, the session may be forfeited
Repeated lateness may result in appointments being cancelled and fees retained.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Clients may reschedule appointments through their online account up to 48 hours before the appointment time where that option is available.
- Within 48 hours of the appointment, cancellation or rescheduling is not permitted except at Cosmetic Clinic's absolute sole discretion.
- Failure to provide the required notice may result in loss of the booking fee or, for prepaid courses or packages loss of the scheduled session.
- If an appointment is rearranged or cancelled by Cosmetic Clinic, we will not be liable for travel costs or any other expenses incurred by the client.
For full cancellation rules, any separate published cancellation policy should be read together with these Terms and Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to determine which policy applies to the specific booking or treatment.
Attendance Policy
All appointments follow the same attendance rules unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
- Attendance is for the booked client only.
- No unapproved guests or children may attend the clinic with you.
- Failure to comply with attendance requirements may result in treatment being refused and applicable fees being retained.
Results Disclaimer
Cosmetic Clinic provides aesthetic, skin, body, hair, laser, injectable, and beauty treatments based on clinical experience, industry best practice, and available research. However, individual results vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
- Results are subjective and vary between individuals.
- No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.
- Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for refunds, compensation, or legal action.
- All treatments are undertaken with informed consent.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have realistic expectations regarding likely outcomes.
Payments and Pricing
We accept payment through approved methods, including cash, debit card, credit card, and any authorised third-party finance or payment providers.
- Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, Cosmetic Clinic may offer Klarna payment options (e.g. pay later, financing, direct debit or instalments where available).
- Klarna payment methods are subject to status and a positive credit assessment.
- Cosmetic Clinic may share relevant personal and order information with Klarna so Klarna can assess eligibility and administer payment options.
- Klarna's own terms, privacy notices, and consumer credit information apply where Klarna is selected.
Treatment Courses and Packages
Cosmetic Clinic may provide services as individual treatments or as prepaid courses and treatment packages.
- Courses/Packages are sold at a discounted rate based on upfront commitment.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing at point of purchase, all courses and packages are only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Full payment or an agreed payment plan must be in place before the course begins.
- Once a course has started, the price cannot be reduced and the included treatments cannot be amended.
- Modifications to packages or courses are not permitted once the commitment has been made.
- Clients that experience changes to their personal or medical circumstances these terms and conditions will apply.
Changes in Medical or Personal Circumstances
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are suitable for treatment at the time of purchase and throughout the duration of any treatment or course.
If a client's personal or medical circumstances change after purchase, including but not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness, medication changes, or any condition that prevents or delays treatment:
- this does not entitle the client to a refund, cancellation, or transfer of any booking, course, or treatment package
- all payments remain due and non-refundable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
- course expiry dates and validity periods will continue to apply and will not be extended
Cosmetic Clinic will not be liable for any inability to deliver treatment where this is due to a change in the client's personal or medical circumstances.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are able to undertake and complete the treatment or course at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of Courses/Packages
A prepaid course or package may be cancelled only:
- before the first session has taken place, and
- within 14 days of purchase, provided no session has been used
In order for Cosmetic Clinic to provide safe and appropriate treatment, clients must:
- provide accurate, complete, and honest information during consultations and on consent forms
- follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions
- disclose any medical issues, medications, allergies, or other relevant information
- ensure the treatment selected is suitable for them following consultation and practitioner guidance
Marketing Communications
Cosmetic Clinic may contact clients with information about:
- promotional offers
- clinic updates
- new services
- relevant news or reminders
Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting:

Price Match Guarantee
The Price Match Guarantee applies only where all stated conditions are met.
- It applies only to competitors operating within a 5-mile radius of the relevant Cosmetic Clinic location.
- Clients must provide proof of the competitor's current advertised price.
- Cosmetic Clinic may take further steps to verify the validity of the competitor price.
- Where no maximum quantity is advertised by the competitor, the number of treatments available at a matched price is limited to 3 per client.
Exclusions
- retail products sold through online retail websites
- prices offered through discount, coupon, or group-buying websites
- already discounted full body laser hair removal treatments
- injectable treatments unless the requested treatment is clinically appropriate and recommended following consultation and assessment by a Cosmetic Clinic practitioner
The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- retail products sold through online retail websites
- prices offered through discount, coupon, or group-buying websites
- already discounted full body laser hair removal treatments
- injectable treatments unless the requested treatment is clinically appropriate and recommended following consultation and assessment by a Cosmetic Clinic practitioner
Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse a price match request at its discretion where the competing service is not like-for-like or where patient safety or treatment suitability is a concern.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmetic Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of its services, website, or facilities.
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law
Changes to These Terms
Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
