Alongside her permanent makeup work, Barbara is also a trained beauty therapist with experience in skin treatments. She takes a professional and personalised approach to every client, focusing on comfort, confidence and high-quality results throughout their treatment journey.

Aesthetic Practitioner

Charlotte has been working within the beauty and aesthetics industry since 2015, gaining experience across spas, aesthetic clinics and advanced treatment settings. She specialises in skin rejuvenation and body treatments, with a strong focus on helping clients improve their skin health, confidence and overall wellbeing. Charlotte has been part of the clinical team since 2021 and also works as an aesthetic tutor, specialising in skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal training. She is passionate about delivering professional, results-driven treatments while supporting learners to develop safe, confident and high-quality practical skills.

Charmelle Baker is the Clinical Lead Aesthetic Nurse and founder of Cosmetic Clinic and Cosmetic College. She is a Registered Adult Nurse, Independent Prescriber, advanced aesthetic practitioner and educator with over 15 years of experience across beauty, skin, dermatology and medical aesthetics. Charmelle specialises in advanced injectable treatments, dermatology-led skin rejuvenation and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, with a strong focus on patient safety, natural results and clinical excellence. She is passionate about delivering treatments that enhance confidence while maintaining balance, individuality and a refreshed appearance.

Davie is a Senior Aesthetic Nurse at Cosmetic Clinic, with specialist experience in energy-based treatments including laser hair removal and tattoo removal. She has previously managed laser clinics and worked in senior aesthetic therapist roles, giving her a strong background in advanced skin, laser and aesthetic treatments. Davie specialises in skin rejuvenation and supporting clients with common skin concerns such as hyperpigmentation and blemish control. Zoe Jones is the Business Clinic Manager and Head of Centre for Cosmetic Clinic and Cosmetic College. With a strong background in management, learner support and operational leadership, Zoe plays a key role in ensuring the clinic and training academy run smoothly, professionally and to a high standard. Zoe supports both the patient and learner journey, helping to maintain excellent standards across customer service, clinic operations, training delivery and quality assurance. She is passionate about creating a positive, organised and supportive environment where clients feel cared for and learners feel confident throughout their training experience.
