Charlotte has been part of the clinical team since 2021 and also works as an aesthetic tutor, specialising in skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal training. She is passionate about delivering professional, results-driven treatments while supporting learners to develop safe, confident and high-quality practical skills.

Charmelle Baker is the Clinical Lead Aesthetic Nurse and founder of Cosmetic Clinic and Cosmetic College. She is a Registered Adult Nurse, Independent Prescriber, advanced aesthetic practitioner and educator with over 15 years of experience across beauty, skin, dermatology and medical aesthetics. Charmelle specialises in advanced injectable treatments, dermatology-led skin rejuvenation and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, with a strong focus on patient safety, natural results and clinical excellence. She is passionate about delivering treatments that enhance confidence while maintaining balance, individuality and a refreshed appearance.

Felipe

Aesthetic Practitioner

Felipe is the newest addition to the Cosmetic Clinic team, bringing a wealth of experience in advanced energy-based aesthetic treatments and men’s aesthetics. He specialises in laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, and the treatment of a wide range of common skin concerns using evidence-based technologies. Alongside his expertise in energy-based treatments, Felipe has a particular passion for male aesthetics and runs dedicated men’s clinics for clients who prefer to be treated by a male practitioner. He specialises in masculine facial contouring, helping to enhance natural facial structure while maintaining a balanced, masculine appearance. He also offers tailored skin and hair rejuvenation treatments designed specifically to address the unique needs of male clients. Known for his approachable manner and attention to detail, Felipe is committed to delivering safe, personalised treatments that achieve natural-looking results. Whether clients are seeking advanced laser procedures, skin improvement, hair restoration support, or facial enhancement, he provides professional care in a welcoming and discreet clinical environment.

Lilie is an experienced Beautician, Permanent Makeup Artist and VTCT PMU Educator, with years of experience in advanced micropigmentation and beauty treatments. She specialises in advanced permanent makeup techniques, including lip neutralisation, lip blush, precision brow treatments, eyeliner and lash enhancement. Alongside her PMU expertise, Lilie specialises in skin health, advanced aesthetic facials and body treatments, taking a tailored approach to help clients achieve results suited to their individual concerns and goals. As a VTCT Permanent Makeup Educator, Lilie also brings her extensive practical experience into the classroom, supporting the next generation of beauty and permanent makeup professionals.

She specialises in injectable treatments, cog thread lifting, facial rejuvenation and microblading. Shahla is a seasoned aesthetic therapist with over a decade of experience in advanced skin and body treatments. She specialises in laser hair removal, tattoo removal and skin rejuvenation treatments, supporting patients with safe, effective and results-driven treatment plans. Shahla is passionate about helping clients improve their skin confidence through professional, personalised care. Alongside her clinical work, Shahla is also an experienced aesthetic tutor, specialising in laser and tattoo removal training. She supports learners in developing strong practical skills, safe treatment techniques and confidence within energy-based aesthetic treatments.

Zoe Jones is the Business Clinic Manager and Head of Centre for Cosmetic Clinic and Cosmetic College. With a strong background in management, learner support and operational leadership, Zoe plays a key role in ensuring the clinic and training academy run smoothly, professionally and to a high standard. Zoe supports both the patient and learner journey, helping to maintain excellent standards across customer service, clinic operations, training delivery and quality assurance. She is passionate about creating a positive, organised and supportive environment where clients feel cared for and learners feel confident throughout their training experience.
