Zoe Jones is the Business Clinic Manager and Head of Centre for Cosmetic Clinic and Cosmetic College. With a strong background in management, learner support and operational leadership, Zoe plays a key role in ensuring the clinic and training academy run smoothly, professionally and to a high standard. Zoe supports both the patient and learner journey, helping to maintain excellent standards across customer service, clinic operations, training delivery and quality assurance. She is passionate about creating a positive, organised and supportive environment where clients feel cared for and learners feel confident throughout their training experience.
